Its a highly specified and strategic marketing action plan for long-term business success. Includes pre-work, management participation and two 3-hour collaborative sessions over the course of two days. Offered to a Start Up, existing organization or a sales team. We cover presentation ideas and techniques, including some role play and other ways to help grow and bring value to your unique approach.  I give you sample titles and effective techniques for an interactive presentation to deliver effective, well thought out presentations. 

Why should a customer do business with you? This is an in-depth analysis of how to define and create a unique value proposition. It includes common language and responses to help position you among the competition. (Typically 2 to 3 hours)
