This course is designed to equip real estate professionals with the tools, systems and dialogue necessary to compete in a competitive real estate environment. This course is and extensive "hands-on"workshop, utilizing one of the most robust business planning models in the market place. This is not a goal planning course. Its a highly specified and strategic marketing action plan for long-term business success. Includes pre-work, management participation, if applicable and two 3 hour facilitator-oriented planning and discussion sessions over the course of two days. Offered individually or to a sales team.
We cover presentation ideas and techniques, including some role play and other ways to help grow and bring value to your unique approach. I give you sample titles and effective techniques for an interactive presentation to deliver effective, well thought out presentations.
